Unlike another teams, we don't recruit by testing their shooting skills. We recruit people to RGz by their teamwork skills! But if someone can't shoot and have teamwork skills will not join RGz xDDDDD! Also we recruit people by their driving skills but this isn't important. The most important skill is teamwork skill.
There are 3 tests:
1. Shooting skills - The one who wants to join RGz must kill one of RGz members 5 times before the member of RGz kills the one who wants to join RGz 5 times. There was 4 members only when the team was founded, so we were recruiting by shooting skills, and they should fight the viceleader or the leader.
2. Teamwork skills - The one who wants to join RGz must kill someone with one of RGz members, and we check how they help each other, and protect ourselves. This is the most important part.
3. Driving skills - The one who wants to join RGz must roll in San Fierro with any fast car, and we check how they drive. This isn't that much important but also this is one of the teamwork skills.
